Hello! I’m Hollie,

A freelance illustrator and tattoo artist, based in the Uk. I’ve been drawing silly little creatures for as long as I can remember! 

My work usually entails a mix of fantasy, fun colour palettes and a bit of humour. Doodling mostly from imagination, my inspiration also stems from folklore, fairytales, nature & animals. When I’m painting I always find myself creating mischievous characters, and envisioning the worlds they live in. It’s always nice to escape reality sometimes.

Books have always been an obsession of mine. I was always drawn to the images on the page. The magic of storytelling, the smell of the paper and emotions that are evoked. I am constantly imagining new stories with my characters, and to see my work come to life on the pages of a book is a big dream of mine. Recently I have been working on writing and illustrating some of my own books (for many age ranges) and have a few dummy books to share. I’m hoping to bring them into the world soon.

A little bit about tattooing:

At 18, I fell in love with the history, process & artistry of tattooing. It’s also a big part of my life and work. Bringing me so much joy & enabling me to be creative everyday. Not only rewarding but sometimes emotional to see my work go off into the big wide world! I get to create stories on paper, but now also on skin which people can keep with them forever. It feels rather special!
